A few days ago I had a conversation on Twitter with @Msuwonkunda @SirNige and @mandfar regarding policies on dual nationality in various African countries. The emerging picture from that conversation was confused and we agreed to put out a survey on the matter in order that we can build a clear picture for Africans in the diaspora.
