Kachumbari a tasty salad dish

I was asked to post two blogs when starting here, and I have been wondering what to write which would be interesting. In the process of looking for ideas, I realised that every time I kept thinking of a tasty salad dish and everytime Kachumbari came to my mind. Well I thought I might share my receipe with those who would like to try Kachumbari my way! Ingredients: 3 different types of capsicum (red, green and yellow) Mango (I prefer the hard many as the ripe one is a bit difficult to chop into small pieces) Spring onion, Onion, Tomatoes, Cucumber Spices to taste: Salt Black and White pepper Chillies 1 – 2 tablespoon Olive oil 1 – 2 teaspoon Vinegar 2 – 3 teaspoon Lemon juice The next step is very easy. Chop all the ingredients into small cubes, but in a salad bowl, add all spices, then the olive oil, vinegar and lemon juice. Mix well and put in the fridge to rest. End voila you have a tasty Kachumbari salad.
