Ingredients 400g can chickpea, drained and rinsed 1 medium potato, boiled 1 medium onion, diced finely ½ cup chopped coriander leaves 1 teaspoon ground coriander seeds 1 teaspoon ground cumin ¼ teaspoon black pepper ½ cup toasted sesame seeds 1 tablespoon corn flour (this helps bind all the ingredients together. Alternatively, you can use one beaten egg.) 1-2 green chillies, diced (optional) Salt to taste
